Menu Questions:
What are some recommended menu options?
Specific recommendations are determined by a few key factors in order to properly curate the experience for your guest including
cultural demographics
Age
Dietary restrictions
Type of event (standing vs sit down or dress up vs dress down)
Inside vs outside
A curated menu should compliment and elevate your event. For example, tailgate menu vs brunch
How would you accommodate dietary restrictions/preferences (A couple of our guests are pescatarian and another keeps a gluten-free/diabetic diet)
Any dietary restrictions would need to be identified in advance of menu curation for an all inclusive experience. The menu provided has options for all palettes including
Omnivores
Vegetarian
Vegan
Pescatarian
Low sodium (renal/cardiac diet)
Low sugar (diabetic diet)
Changes to the menu are acceptable within reason with a mutual understanding that preparation begins immediately after the initial deposit is made.
Once the preparation has begun and items purchased for the event, the deposit is nonrefundable
For the A la cart orders, how many estimated servings are in a half pan? And do we just double that for a full pan?
A half pan can serve approximately 10-12 (meats) guest depending on the item
A full pan can serve approximately 30-35 (meats) guest depending on the item
Side dishes vary based on their size (Mac and cheese vs rice)

Are there any package deals or discounts for group orders?
Discounts are applicable (with proof) at the end of the menu curation process including but not limited to
Military
HBCU graduates (especially Howard University)
Divine 9 members
Masonic affiliation
Members of Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity
Social media/marketing
Referrals
Do you charge extra for delivery, setup, or cleanup services?
Yes. These are separate services which may require staffing which is a separate fee located on the bottom of the invoice
What is your payment schedule?
A 25% deposit is required to secure the date and services and begin the preparation process.
50% of your balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled event
100% of your balance should be completed upon delivery
Logistics Questions:
What is the process for placing an order, and how far in advance do we need to confirm?
Events of 50 guest or less require a two week/end window between securing (initial down-payment) vs completion.
Events of 51-100 guest require 30 days between securing and completion.
Events of 100-150 guests require 60 days between securing and completion.
Events larger than 150 guest require 90 days between securing and completion
Do you provide serving utensils, plates, napkins, and other essentials?
Yes, if needed and requested for an extra fee, disposable serving/eating and cutlery can be provided
If there is a theme to the event requiring decorations and coordination, another fee is attached to the extra service
What is the delivery window, and will you remain on site for the event?
